We have been specialists in forging and materials technology for more than 25 years now. From the very beginning, our aim has been to provide our customers with the best possible solutions for their industry – featuring first-class forgings made from special materials. Our fascination for the product has remained unbroken ever since.
Our expertise particularly extends to the processing of special alloys, primarily based on nickel, cobalt, or titanium.
We offer customer-specific solutions with various materials in both, series or individual production. We guarantee the best quality and reproducibility meeting the requirements of our customers’ demanding industries.

The permanent improvement of product quality and our services is one of our central concerns. We focus on continuously increasing customer satisfaction and establishing long-term partnerships.
We constantly monitor, optimise and further develop our processes in order to meet our high-quality standards. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, the Pressure Equipment Directive (DGR 2014/68/EU) and the Pressure Equipment Safety Regulations 2016 (PESR SI 2016). The standards we work to are ASTM/ASME, VdTÜV, DIN, SEW data sheets and, of course, customer specifications. In addition, our specially qualified employees test the entire product development process in our company. The basic components of this are destructive tests such as:
- Tensile test/hot tensile test
- Impact test
- Hardness test
- Intergranular corrosion test
- Microstructure analysis
Just like non-destructive tests such as:
- Ultrasonic testing
- Dye penetrant method
Thanks to the local proximity of an accredited test laboratory, we can respond quickly and flexibly to special customer requests. Furthermore, our close partnership with TÜV Rheinland, enables us to generate DIN EN 10204 / 3.2 inspection certificates on short notice when requested.
