ACID-, ALKALI- AND OXIDATION RESISTANT SPECIAL MATERIALS

The chemical industry produces basic chemicals, such as chlorine, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda and sulphuric acid, which are required for manufacturing other products. The pharmaceutical industry concentrates on the production, composition, effect, testing and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.

The various production processes place high requirements on process safety, quality and environmental protection. Sturdy components such as filter rings, centrifuges, agitators, agitator shafts, drums, autoclaves and seals are exposed high stress.
The same applies to delicate measurement technology components such as temperature sensors and flow meters.

Our materials are exceptionally resistant to crevice corrosion, pitting and stress cracking. They are used in a wide range of corrosive media in oxidising and reducing conditions, sometimes with strong temperature fluctuations.
