Quality Management From ASTM to VdTüV Material Sheet.
Customer satisfaction is a tremendous asset and our daily goal. We achieve it honestly, through the high quality of our goods and services as well as on-time delivery.
In order to meet our high standards of quality, our process operations are continually checked, optimised, and refined. Our quality management system is DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. The regulations that we follow include ASTM/ASME and VdTÜV material sheets, as well as our customers' specifications, of course. In addition, we have specially qualified employees in house to check the entire product creation process. Key elements here are destructive tests such as tensile tests/hot tensile tests, notched bar impact tests, hardness tests, IK-tests, and non-destructive tests such as structural examinations, ultrasonic test and penetrant testing.
Our on-site test laboratory enables us to respond quickly to special customer requests. In addition, our close cooperation with TÜV Rheinland allows us to quickly develop DIN EN 10204/3.2 acceptance test certificates if necessary.
But our ability to deliver quality today is no guarantee of future performance. Therefore, we use the Six Sigma approach to continually improve all of our business processes through the application of statistical and analytical methods.
