Recipient of data
As a matter of principle, we do not pass on personal data unless we expressly mention this in this data protection statement. This authorization allows the processing of personal data in our "legitimate interest", provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests in the omission of data processing do not outweigh this. Our legitimate interest is the recourse to specialized service providers, who are able to implement a corresponding hosting more efficiently than we can. Nevertheless, you can object to this data processing at any time if there are reasons which exist in your particular situation and which speak against a transfer of the personal data to a server service provider. Notice about cookies
Cookies are small text files which are stored on your terminal device by the browser used when you access our website. In this way you can "recognize" individual services of a website and "remember" which settings you have made. On one hand this makes the web pages more user-friendly and so helps users (e.g. by storing login data). On the other hand, cookies are used to collect statistical data on website use and to use the data thus obtained for analysis and advertising purposes.
Some cookies are automatically deleted from your terminal device as soon as you leave the website (what is known as a session cookie). Other cookies are stored for a certain period of time, which may not exceed two years in each case (persistent cookies). We also use what are known as third party cookies, which are managed by third parties in order to provide certain services.
You can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, we would like to point out that without cookies your ability to use the website and especially your ease of use will be limited.

Each time you access the website, we automatically collect a range of technical data, which is personal data.
These are:
· IP address of the user
· Name of the website or file accessed
· Date and time of access
· transferred data volume
· Notification of successful retrieval
· Browser type and version
· User's operating system
· User's terminal device used, including MAC address

This authorization allows the processing of personal data in the "legitimate interest" of the person responsible, provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests do not outweigh this. Our legitimate interest is in the easier administration and the ability to detect and track hacking. You can object to this data processing at any time if there are reasons which exist in your particular situation and which speak against the data processing. All you need to do is send an e-mail to datenschutz@faulenbach-gmbh.de.
What are IP addresses?
IP addresses are assigned to each device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, PC) connected to the Internet. Which IP address this is depends on how your device is currently connected to the Internet. This may be the IP address that your Internet provider has assigned to you, for example, if you are connected to the Internet via your wi-fi at home. It can also be an IP address assigned to you by your mobile phone provider or the IP address of a provider of a public or private wi-fi or other Internet access. In its most common form today (IPv4), the IP address consists of four number blocks. In most cases, as a private user, you will not use a constant IP address, as this is only temporarily assigned to you by your provider (so-called "dynamic IP address"). With a permanently assigned IP address (so-called "static IP address"), a clear assignment of user data is easier in principle. We do not use this data on a personal basis, except for the purpose of tracking unauthorized access to our website , but only evaluate this data on an anonymous basis which of our websites are most popular, how many accesses are made daily and the like.
How long will my data be kept?
The server log files with the above data are automatically deleted after 30 days. We reserve the right to store the server log files for longer if facts exist which suggest that somebody is attempting to gain unauthorized access (such as an attempt at hacking or a so-called DDOS attack).
4. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses several "cookies" (see above) to identify your browser. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we have activated the IP anonymization function on this website so that Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website use and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data by Google Analytics is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This authorization allows the processing of personal data in the "legitimate interest" of the person responsible, provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests do not outweigh this. Our legitimate interest is to analyze the use of our website. You can prevent the transmission of data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading an appropriate browser plug-in, a large number of which are available free of charge on the Internet.
How long will my data be kept?
The personal reference is removed immediately by the partial deletion of the IP addresses, so that only statistical data is stored.
5. Google Maps
To simplify your journey to us, we offer you the use of Google Maps to display maps and to create maps directly on our website. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
When using Google Maps, Google LLC also processes data about the use of the maps functions by visitors to the websites and may transfer it to the USA. Google uses this data for advertising and market research purposes. Google LLC is responsible for this. For more information, visit http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework, to protect data transferred to the US by European citizens in accordance with EU standards. You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in Google's privacy policy. There you can also change settings in the Privacy Center to control the use of your own data by Google.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data in connection with Google Maps is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This authorization allows the processing of personal data in the "legitimate interest" of the person responsible, provided that your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests do not outweigh this. Our legitimate interest is the provision of free map functions. You can object to this data processing at any time if there are reasons which exist in your particular situation and which speak against the data processing. All you need to do is send an e-mail to datenschutz@faulenbach-gmbh.de.
