Integrated degree at Faulenbach

Do you want to get on-the-job training as well as studying? No problem: An integrated degree course allows you to combine the two. Learn the theory you need at university and put it in to practice at Faulenbach. This way, you’ll earn money while studying as well as gaining valuable insights into the working world. It’s the perfect start to your professional career. After finishing your degree, a permanent position is most certainly possible.

Requirements:

  • A levels or a technical diploma
  • Motivation and commitment
  • Strong English skills
  • Desirable: Existing knowledge of economics

Duration:
3 years with an option to continue with a master’s course
3.5 years for industrial engineers

Are you good with numbers? Do you find it easy to express your opinion and argue your case? Do you like to work in a team? Do you love repeatedly mastering new and exciting challenges? If so, an integrated degree in commercial management at Faulenbach might be perfect for you.

What’s waiting for you in the practical part:

You’ll gain insights into all of the task areas you can expect to be involved in as a commercial manager at Faulenbach. This includes, for example, learning how to negotiate with suppliers and wholesalers and how to handle orders in the Purchasing area. Or you might be checking compliance with delivery dates and the quality of goods.

What’s waiting for you in the theory part:

At the technical university, you’ll learn about a wide range of business-related topics such as marketing, accounting and commercial management. After two years, you’ll face your final vocational business school exam. By successfully completing the third year, you’ll accomplish your Bachelor of Arts degree.

Industrial management (m/f/nb)

Are you good at thinking and acting cost-effectively? Do you find developing technology, IT and EDP as appealing as using it? Do you see attending economics and industry as a kind of hobby? Then take a closer look at doing an integrated degree in industrial management at Faulenbach.

What’s waiting for you in the practical part:

You’ll be able to gain several years of professional experience while you’re still studying. You’ll get to know the various departments at our company and gain an important overview of the individual work processes. You’ll also get the chance to gain valuable insights into the production processes of our diverse products.

What’s waiting for you in the theory part:

In addition to the fundamentals of business administration and industrial management, you’ll learn everything you need to know about accounting, bookkeeping and balancing the books. You’ll also be taught social skills and foreign languages allowing you to communicate effectively with international trading partners.

Industrial engineering and business administration (m/f/nb)

Are you looking for an integrated degree course which unites the fields of technology and economics? Is selling your passion? Are you able not only to perfectly explain the properties of our special materials but also to sell them to customers? If so, an integrated degree in industrial engineering and business administration at Faulenbach might be ideal for you.

What’s waiting for you in the practical part:

You’ll be responsible for the marketing of our special materials, and you’ll therefore be in constant contact with our customers. We’ll teach you everything you need to know so that you can explain how machines work as well as understanding how to develop and sell individual solutions on the basis of specific customer needs.

What’s waiting for you in the theory part:

Your course of studies will be composed of engineering and business administration content, making you into a real all-rounder who can combine the best of two disciplines.
