At Faulenbach Schmiedetechnik GmbH, we value tradition as well as future-orientated action. We have a great responsibility towards our environment and future generations, that is why we do our best to live up to this responsibility and take various actions to contribute to a sustainable future.

Manufacturing

Together with our customers, we develop customised solutions to improve the technical service life of our products and increase efficiency at the same time. We attach huge value to a loss-free material cycle. Metal waste is stored by type in order to recycle it and thus avoid losses. By this, we professionally recycle valuable special materials with a high nickel, titanium or molybdenum content in a resource-conserving way.

Surplus packaging material is recycled by specialised waste management companies or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Energy management

In addition to our production, we also rely on sustainable energy. Thanks to our photovoltaic system with an output of 300 kWp, we can generate 250,000 kWh of green energy every year. Most of this electricity flows into our production and office facilities. Additionally required electricity is obtained in a climate-neutral way from local suppliers relying strictly on renewable energies.

Near-natural green areas

Our company site also includes a number of natural green areas that provide space for a wide variety of flora and fauna.

Social commitment

For us, social commitment is not just an option, but an integral part of our mission. Hence, it is a matter of course for us to be socially involved in various areas.

Our commitment includes, among other things:
